Actually there are many antioxidant foods that exist in nature. Today I bring you the foods high in antioxidants list of 20 Best. This list was designed based on many criteria, including nutrient availability, the amount of antioxidant phytonutrients, vitamins, polyphenols, carotenoids, recent discoveries made and its availability in the market.
Well without further ado, let’s get to the point, these are the foods that I consider those that contain more antioxidant power:

There are many properties that these foods provide us. Each, in its measure, contains lots of antioxidants. As we have mentioned in previous post, broccoli is a powerful anticancer and one of vegetables with high antioxidant capacity. Onions and garlic contain the powerful allicin which is well known for its antioxidant, anti-cancer, antibiotic, antiparasitic, among many other benefits.
Blackberries are berries are loaded with anthocyanins and carotenoids that give powerful antioxidant. Plums are well known for their laxative effects and its antioxidant power, ideal for people with constipation; also they help prevent fluid retention problems when conditions such as kidney failure sufferers. Walnuts also possess powerful antioxidant contain mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids, great for your skin and maintain a healthy cardiovascular system. People who are allergic to nuts should avoid eating.

Just remember not to eat too much chocolate, a small bar a day is more than enough, remember that everything in excess is bad.
